Price Match Guarantee
Solar 4 RVs offer a price match guarantee on Victron and Enerdrive products.
The policy applies to all identical products that are:
- Stocked at Solar 4 RVs.
- In stock at the competitor.
- Not excluded in our exclusion list (see below).
- Brand new and in original packaging.
- Have the same conditions of purchase, such as warranty and accessories.
Shipping costs (if applicable) to be considered in comparison price.
How do I request a Price Match?
Advise the sales team via phone, email or in person that you’d like to price match a product.
Provide details of the competitor so we can verify the product and price and, if approved, match the reduced price.
What are the exclusions?
- Offers which include cashback (including store credit), bonus, bulk purchase, quantity limits or packages.
- Pricing with included delivery or installation.
- Offers not available to the general public - including trade, special event, club or membership offers.
- Clearance, seconds, refurbished, ex-demonstration or display products.
- Products shipped from or sold by sellers on marketplace, auction or classifieds websites.
- Products supplied through unauthorised distributors (known as 'grey market' items) or delivered directly to customers from an overseas distributor.
- Pricing errors.
- Products with pricing set significantly lower than the recommended retail price or market value.
- Products that are designed/made/assembled using Victron or Enerdrive components such as the pre-wired boards.
- Stock liquidations (ie. Competitor clearing stock due to business being place into receivership)
- We reserve the right to limit sales to reasonable retail quantities.
