Discount and Gift Card Terms and Conditions
1. Redemption
Gift cards and discount codes can only be redeemed on our website, towards the purchase of eligible products.
2. Limitations
Gift cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash. Discount codes are valid for a maximum of one use per customer and cannot be used on already discounted products or combined with other offers.
3. Risk of Loss
The risk of loss and title for gift cards pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission to the purchaser. We are not responsible if any gift card is lost, stolen, destroyed, or if your gift card is used without your permission.
4. Expiration Date
Gift cards expire 3 years from the date of purchase. There are no fees associated with gift cards.
5. Compliance with Laws
By purchasing a gift card or using a discount code, you are certifying and representing to us that the activities in connection with which the gift cards and discounts will be used will comply with these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
6. Exclusions
Some products may be excluded from discounts and gift card redemption. All on-sale and low stock items are excluded.
7. Employee Discounts
Employee discounts are given at the discretion of staff members and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
8. Returns and Exchanges
Change of mind returns may not be accepted on discounted items. All returns or exchanges are subject to our standard returns policy.
9. Modification or Cancellation
We reserve the right to modify or cancel discounts or promotions at any time without notice.
10. Disputes
Any dispute relating to the purchase, redemption, or use of gift cards or discounts will be resolved in accordance with our standard terms of service.
11. Webstore Discount Codes
To use a webstore discount code, please enter it into the "Gift Card Barcode" field during checkout. This will activate the offer.
