Co-owner Trish facilitates mentoring information session for local women business leaders

Co-founder Trish had the pleasure of facilitating an information session for successful and inspiring business women today in preparation for them mentoring Year 11 secondary school students through a Knox Council mentoring program.
The program aims to inspire, guide and enhance the student’s current perceptions and expand their skills and knowledge and professional and interpersonal skills outside of the school environment. Mentors role-model professional language and behaviour and foster creative thought and challenging of ideas.
Students benefit from hearing about the highlights and challenges of their mentor’s career and business and begin to recognise universal workplace competencies.
The mentors will share knowledge and experience that will assist the student throughout their life journey and provide encouragement and inspire confidence for the student to grow their own vision.
